I was able to talk to the service manager Don who promised that he would he do what it took to take care of me. Two days later I called back and was disconnected several times.
No response, I called back the next day and was informed she was off work for the next couple of days. I then called back the next day and spoke with Maggie who was in charge of titles, Maggie told me she would contact back within a few minutes of our call with an answer for me. I also informed him of a problem with my exhaust. I contacted my salesman Sam who basically blew me off. after purchasing the vehicle I got home and realized I didn’t have all my documents including title information.
The car I purchased was in good condition and low mileage.
